Frank Lamphere is a traditional pop-jazz singer, recording artist and throwback to the adult male pop singers of the 1950-60s. Frank is for hire (weddings, fundraisers, corporate-private parties, recording projects) with his all-star band, anywhere in the U.S.A  

Frank Lamphere has been honing his swinging singing style, for his entire lifetime. His genre, nowadays known as traditional pop, he learned or rather "absorbed" from the icons of pre-1970 adult pop music: Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Jack Jones, Buddy Greco, and Tony Bennett. In his late teens he began “learning the trade” by sitting-in and eventually working with many of Chicago's illustrious lounge acts & jazz musicians. He started taking on his own gigs and formed his brand Rat Pack Jazz in the early 2000s.  

Lamphere career highlights include five studio albums recorded, radio and television commercials, gigs at “top” jazz clubs like Chicago's Green Mill & Andy's Jazz Club, jazz fests, center-court Valentine's Day concert at the United Center, headlining numerous Rat Pack themed shows and Italian fests across the country, high-profile corporate & private gigs from Las Vegas, to New York, to Milan, Italy. His original song I Never Forgot from "Frank Swings" in 2012, was featured prominently in the award-winning film Theresa Is a Mother.  

Frank can be hired across the U.S. to perform his brand of "Rat Pack Jazz" (A musical bridge connecting pop and jazz). Whether with an intimate jazz trio or a roaring 13 piece big band, the music is great and Lamphere's groups are comprised of the “top” jazz musicians in the business. In 2025 he released his fifth album, a unique Frank Sinatra tribute “Frank Songs, My Way”. He also has a thirteen song tribute to Dean Martin album, which is anticipated for a late 2026 release. He is married and has two children.
